• Extra Person: An extra person can be accommodated in a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment using either a rollaway bed or separate divan. An extra person charge applies of $25 per night or $90 per week in low season.
• Deposit & Payment: A deposit is required at time of booking. Deposit varies on season ($200 - $400). Balance of accommodation is due and payable at time of check-in. Payment can be by Visa/Mastercard/Bankcard - (Diners and Amex are not accepted).
• Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee applies. Part deposit is forfeit if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before check in date. Full deposit is forfeit if cancellation occurs less than 60 days prior to check-in date. No refunds for early check-out.
• Check In is from 1.30 pm (Qld time) Check Out prior to 9.30 am (Qld time)
• Servicing: Apartments are self service. Linen is provided on arrival and fresh linen delivered weekly. A room service is available after 14 nights. Additional servicing is available at additional charge.
